STANDARD DUES

Quarterly dues are $375 per developed lot ($125 per month or $1,500 per year). Optionally, paying a full year's dues in the first quarter reduces the total payment to $1,440.

AUTOPAY INCENTIVE

Opting for direct deposit autopay (strongly encouraged) reduces dues payments to $120 per month ($1,440 annually).
