Trash & Recycling

Every Prairie View Estates homeowner is entitled to one 68-gallon trash bin and one 68-gallon recycling bin, per Association agreement with N & N Sanitation.

Homeowners can optionally secure from N & N Sanitation a 95-gallon cart or, at added personal cost, a second trash cart.

Call N & N at 319.656.4200 or email nandnsanitation@outlook.com to arrange for additional services.

N & N can charge individual homeowners for anything collected outside a garbage or recycling cart within a 5-foot radius.

All trash and recycling carts must be placed within 3 feet of the edge of the road, arrow pointed towards the street. Please leave minimum 3 feet between recycling and garbage carts. Bins should not be placed within 5 feet of cars or mailboxes.

HOW TO MAKE A "STOP SERVICE" REQUEST

You can help the Association save money by placing a "Stop Service" order when not needing trash and recycling services for an extended time. To request a service stop, notify N & N Sanitation by calling 319.656.4200 or emailing nandsanitation@outlook.com.
